Hey Besties! We’re Samantha and Yazmine💕 We’re the duo behind 555 Wax Studio a brand new, body positive wax studio in Northeast El Paso, TX! After 4 years in the industry, we finally opened our own space where everyone is welcome, celebrated and care for. We specialize in full body waxing for both male and female anatomy✨ Starting our own business has been a dream come true, and we’re so grateful for the chance to service our community. Cancellation Policy
✨Cancellation Policy✨ We understand that things come up! If you're unable to make your appointment, please notify 555 Wax Studio at least 24-48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect everyone's time. ✨Touch-up Policy✨ If you notice a few stray hairs after your wax, we're happy to offer a courtesy touch-up- with just a few conditions: • Must be booked within 4 days of your original service • Applies only to minor touch-ups (not full regrowth or missed appointments) • Available once per service • Not valid if you've shaved or tweezed in between ✨Booking Policy✨ Each guest must book under their own profile - no exceptions • Everyone receiving a service must complete their own consent forms • Booking under separate profiles helps keep appointments organized and ensures a smooth check-in process • Multiple clients booked under one name may be rescheduled or delayed ✨Animal Policy✨ For safety, cleanliness, and comfort, pets are not allowed in the wax room. • Service dogs and emotional support animals are welcome with the following guidelines: • Must remain calm and seated during the service. • Cannot roam freely in the room or interfere with the service. • Aggressive or disruptive behavior will result in the service being paused or rescheduled.
